I run household operations for private families. My work covers the operational side of managing UHNW residences. That means vendor coordination, provisioning, guest hosting, travel prep, scheduling, budgeting, and making sure everything functions smoothly day-to-day.
What I do
Work directly with principals, chefs, service staff, and facilities teams to keep households operating efficiently and professionally. Handle everything from sourcing and inventory to coordinating entertaining and managing multiple properties. I stay calm under pressure, think ahead to prevent problems, and maintain complete confidentiality.
My background
Seven years supporting principles & their private households across North America. Before that, culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu, work in hospitality, yachts, operations, and teaching at the Institute of Culinary Education. That foundation means I understand how the different pieces of a household connect. Principles, flow, logistics, staffing, communication. It all matters, and it all works together.
